We had quick, efficient, and pleasant service when visiting this location. They have a great selection of delicious items. Store is incredibly clean and displays and prices are clear. Great choice for chocolate or a sweet treat.

Great chocolate shop. Excellent flavours all made on site. You can even look through a viewing window to see the workers making more chocolates. As a plus, there is a discount for CAA members as well.

Best Hot Chocolate. But they do run out of specialty milk, so if you have dietary restrictions, call in advance. The hot chocolate was great, but we needed lactose free milk, which they didn't have.

The staff are very friendly and the selection of chocolates can't be beat. It's very easy to spend a ton on chocolate to bring back for the family as there's so much variety, and very worth it. I particularly like the caramel filled bars with the Newfoundland sayings on them as gifts.

I have been dying to get some chocolate bars and it took a bit to decide which ones I wanted, they had so many flavors and different chocolate in so many different forms. The store was very nice and the chocolate tasted amazing. It held up very well in a cooler being transported from St. John’s back to Ontario.

This location CONSISTENTLY makes errors when making drinks.

Today we ordered a hot chocolate with oat milk but were given dairy milk. This is a big problem for us and this location has let us down multiple times.

The hot chocolate was also barely lukewarm when given to us and tasted purely of milk with hardly any chocolate.

Please ensure that your staff understands the difference between oat and dairy milk as it can seriously impact some people's bodies.

Double and triple check that they are actually following your order. It seems that there is a lack of care.
