Essentially charged my mom to go up onto roof with no tools or any equipment and do nothing, then said the job was done, yet less than a year later it is leaking in the exact same spot. Got another roofer and in 1 hour they fixed all three issues for half the price.

We managed for years with a leaky, badly installed roof from a contractor that didn’t know about the issues encountered with a low slope roof. Because it was newly installed we coped and Nelson helped us out over the years with little patches when a new leak appeared. They came immediately in the middle of a bad storm and installed tarps when it was clear the roof was finished. When they installed our new roof it was a wonderful experience. His crew was knowledgeable and professional, they really did a great job. I can finally stop looking for leaks every time we get high winds and rain. I highly recommend Nelson.

I had a roof put on my house in 2007. I have been dealing with basically everybody in this company since October of 2016. My roof has completely disintegrated. I have gone from being told they will fully cover my roof in October to being told there is nothing they will do. Please be aware when you are getting a shingle roof that your shingles are pro-rated and they only give a 5 year warranty on labor for a reason. I do not want to give any star but it will not let me post without one.

Horrible customer service. I had a simple roof repair that I had met and gone over what was needed to be done. When the bill arrived it was double what was expected. When I called to ask about it, I was told to "pay it or else they would take action". They completely disregarded any of my concerns, and were not upfront about costs. Will never recommend any work from this company.

I this company many times to deal with a ridge cap issue been waiting since early december even called them to remind them...they called and apologized

I might read themselves on they're fixing my mom's room for tomorrow but they responded the next day after calling for information and a fellow from parksville drove up in the dark and went up on the roof in the dark and did three repairs so that was pretty awesome service around dinner time on Friday so they're using heaters to dry out the floors and walls and we'll look at it again on Monday so yes we are very happy with the service so far thank you guys
