I was looking for a table which is odd size, Called Nella, Michael answered the call, found one right away, even gave me discount on total price. The item was ready for me to pick up next day. Opened the box and found the table was slightly damaged, called Jesse he rectify the issue right away, even came and delivered the item to the store same day. Now this is what i call excellent service. Amazing service, will definitely be back for any items i need for the store.

I am extremely disappointed with Nella Edmonton and feel compelled to share this experience publicly.

I provided my full equipment list to Brent, who personally assured me that I would receive pricing by the next day at noon. I texted him, I emailed him, and I even called the store multiple times. Each time, I was transferred to Brent, but he never picked up. He ignored every single one of my follow-ups—both on his direct cell number and through email.

This is not just unprofessional—it’s disrespectful. I am a serious customer, ready to spend thousands of dollars, and yet I was treated as if my business means nothing. Salespeople are supposed to sell, not push customers away.

If this is how Nella chooses to treat paying clients, then the company’s reputation is at serious risk. I strongly urge management to step in, because ignoring customers like this is unacceptable.

I expect a direct response and an apology for this level of neglect. Until then, I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I have worked with this supplier for quite a few years and they have done a good job. They stock a lot of items and can bring in the odd ball things that I want. Darren has been great to deal with and he goes the extra mile to make sure I am getting what I need.

Went to buy an Iwatani torch after calling ahead and they said they had 40 in stock.

When I showed up they said they would only sell it to Earls. I could not purchase any in store.

I can order it online, from Nella, for pickup in the store that's fine by them. But only Earls has the privilege of buying any of the 40 butane torches they had.

Jeffrey Bezos is delivering me one tomorrow for $5 less. What a stupid experience.

Worst food equipment purchase experience I've had yet. Usually Nella team is good to deal with. Ordered a Grinder and they knew i was in a rush to open my business and needed the products. No follow up from the sales guy. After multiple texts and phone calls it took 4 weeks for the product to come in. I couldn't wait that long or I wouldn't have ordered it if I was told this. Tried to return it and Peter the manager wants to charge a $249 restocking fee. I need 2 more coolers but I'll look elsewhere. There very nice when they want to take your money but no follow up on the products ordered. If your in rush to buy your products don't buy here.

Our Legion has been buying from Amalgamated for several years. Corie was our sales representative, and he was great, and I find that everyone I have ever had dealings with is knowledgeable and efficient and very pleasant. We just are in the process of buying a stove top, grill and oven unit, and they are going to deliver, install and remove our old unit! This is amazing as many of our Members are not able to assist in this manner.
