I ordered a freezer and paid shipping May 3rd and we still haven’t received it! We run a mobile ice cream business and haven’t been able to sell one ice cream so far this summer. It is now June 6th and my business is non existent thanks to Nella’s incompetence. Loss of earnings is killing us and they have not helped us at all. I would now never recommend this company.

I express my discontent with the current establishment, finding the service below par. I would suggest considering alternative options, such as Russel Hendrix, Vancouver restaurant suppliers, where a higher standard of professionalism is maintained. Unfortunately, the staff here lacks the fundamental principles of customer service, leaving much to be desired. Despite positive reports about their Ontario location, my visit to this particular establishment did not align with the favorable experiences shared by others.

Be careful this Business, they doubling the charges,
claiming that check was, lost stolen or never received ,
Then you have to back to your bank and send them a proof of the check was cashed. it just not a professional.
i just cancel my contract. Hopefully they will bring my Knifes.

Not a company I would use. They will take your restaurant knives slowly so you become dependent on their service. They have horrible customer service who refuses to return call and address problems with there business. I have now had 2 knives stolen but this company who can't be bothered to return any of my phone calls and can't show there face in our establishment, he just sends his son in because he doesn't have the back bone to come in and talk to me in person. Absolutely would not recommend this business to anyone and will discourage any one I talk to in person.

The owner is a piece of work!! He talks down to you and treats you as if you don't know anything. He is insulting and downright rude!!! Its a good thing he doesn't deal with customers on a daily basis as he would not have any. I would not do business with this company!
