I was in the store yesterday to exchange the cardigans I bought online. They were too large for my daughters, but the employee told me it was for final sale, so no exchange was allowed. However, with her knowledge, she was able to find a way to give me the refund on the cardigans. I absolutely appreciated her effort to find a way to help the customers.

I am giving one star for the lovely and helpful staff who work here. Thank you. But I was in here last week and was extremely disappointed when I bought two SUMMER uniform bottoms and checked the label. They used to be gorgeous, 100% cotton still, and are now made of 60% polyester and 40% spandex. That’s right. If I wanted to have my kids wearing SHIEN clothes for 8 hours out of the day, I’d go to SHIEN. This is completely unacceptable to be putting our kids in crap polyester. You HAVE to do better. I’m going to explore other options and I’m going to advise our school that this is unacceptable.

This place is beyond words. Simply out: The Uniform Mafia. They know that they have the monopoly on uniforms in the area and they take full advantage of their customers:

In order to get into store, you have to do "virtual" waiting. Scan the QR at the doorway as soon as you get there. Otherwise, you'd be waiting in physical line for hours without knowing what needs to be done. This happened to us, unfortunately. We waited in the line for about an hour, and then when we got to the front of the entrance we saw the sign to wait list yourself virtually. The staff came out, so we explained the situation to her how long we waited because the signage is so small. The employee heard us out and told us that we'd be able to get in the queue. Sure, we did register virtually then because we were advised to do so - but only to find out after 30min, the manager denied our access by saying that we need to wait virtually. Really frustrated but she was very stern about their policy. It's chaotic at the entrance.

The parking lot very tight - and the lineup is situated in the parking lot. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD!! There is no staff to control the flow of the lineup, either.

Their attitude is basically, "we know you need to purchase our stuff, so we don't really care about customer service".

I don't understand why all of the private schools' uniforms have to purchased through this awful store - customer service us poor and rude. I so wish that there was other alternatives to this store..

Two thumbs down - do not go there unless you absolutely have to.

Their app is NOT accurate. It says waiting time is 5 min, but it ends up being 2 hours. Again, their scheme is to make you wait and suffer because the customers have no other place to go for their uniform needs 🙁

They held a pop up at our school, close to my home. When I arrived, the young staff said I was not on her list. There were zero customers in sight. I showed her my confirmation email for my appointment so eventually, she said she would make an exception. I told them I needed pants for my son going to high school. They are grey but they had him try on navy blue pants that are not even part of our uniforms. They say it’s just for sizing. Why wouldn’t you bring samples of our exact uniforms to our school pop up? We decided on the size, a week later, grey pants came but with a completely different cut- they were skinny slim cut. Try calling the numbers they provide, it’s impossible to reach an actual human. So I have to drive to the store after all and very young staff says they changed the provider and the pants changed. I said they should have brought them to the pop up. I asked for non-slim cut, they explain they have options in youth size (the numbers are different from original fitting). But because when I “booked” my appointment for an exchange, I can’t use the change rooms. My refund of $6 took several attempts because they didn’t train the young staff to use the only machine that can process the transaction.

Each little thing on its own is not a big deal but added up, it is just a terrible run business. It is unfortunate it is my only option.

Absolute harmful effects of monopoly. Speachless in a bad way. Got the wrong size and tried to exchange it. CS got me waited for an hour and ended up hung up on me. Same line was repeated as it's on sale item, I can't get refund, store credit, or exchange. So I asked if you are saying just to waste the clothes? And he said Yes. What a pleasant experience it is.
