I had Adam over this morning to exchange a doorbell transformer. He was very responsive when I first called, letting me know when he would be able to come out and then confirming with me the day before the appointment. We had the power in our kitchen suddenly drop and Adam sent Peter out to have a look. It was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I found both of them to be professional, prompt and friendly. Adam did a good job the first time I sought his help. When I needed the help the second time, Tow workers showed up spent six hours at my place, although the estimated time given to me was 2 hours. I was left with a hole e in the wall facing the master bedroom. I was respectful to Adam, but I was not happy about the fact that he did not tell me when I called him to book with him that he is not the one who will be doing the job. I would do it differently next time.

Adam came out to help after a series of frustrating events to restore power to my house. He was extremely fair, and very responsive setting up the work and when the work could be done and he very quick to get it all done. I honestly can't say enough about how impressed I am with Adam and his crew.

I reached out to Adam through kijiji as I needed to have my electrical panel replaced as quickly as possible as half the house was without electricity and
I was worried about a possible fire. Adam gave me a more than fair quote and was on top of everything as quickly as possible considering having to pull permits and align a time with Epcor. The next day he sent out one of his guys to look at the panel to ensure nothing would go wrong in the mean time and put me at ease.
Throughout the whole process Adam reassured me and did everything he could so I wouldn't stress. I've never dealt with a more sincere trades person. Not once did I feel like he was trying to gouge me just for money. Would one million percent recommend this company!
