I have been shopping at this place for years and I was a regular customer, I was spending a small fortune there and I was sending my friends and strangers there as well. The other day I left in a hurry because it was snowing out and becoming very slippery and for the first time I had forgotten my wallet. So I asked the two female employees if I could take my 50 dollars worth of merchandise and I would phone in my credit card number immediately and they both said NO WAY. I was so embarrassed in front of the customers and for the life of me I could not figure out why. We do not own the store, but I knew the owner for years. Unbelievable treatment to a regular patron. They have lost my business plus the people that I phoned and told them what happened and they were dumb founded with disbelief.
Especially the one named Katherine who works there, so rude and ignorant and has very little knowledge of the products that they are selling.
The owner is really nice but her employees, I do not know how they stay in business if they treat all of their customers this way.

Super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it, they will let you know where you can get it. I don't bother looking anywhere else because I know I will get looked after here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they do not have an item I am looking for, they have great recommendations for alternative products based on what the initial product offered. Sometimes they will order in products I need if they don’t have it in store. Lots of locally items also. Love this store.
