National Cappuccino has been my go-to business for all things espresso. I bought a Rocket Appartamento Espresso machine from National 5 years ago. It worked flawlessly until it didn’t.

I brought it into National for service. They repaired the machine quickly and affordably. Cameron was great calling me with an estimate and updates.

Are you a coffee lover

Not until you have been to National Cappuccino & Pasta Equipment. First off Rina, is the pulse of this company. She is personable and ever-ready to help... Starting off with giving amazing directions to the location. I spent about a half hour with her on my first visit as I looked for equipment that I needed. She is always a joy to speak to on the phone 😄

Gio...is amazing. He gave me a demo on using the equipment and allowed me to record video. He brought my machine back to life and made me the best wet capoucinno I've ever had. He also gave me a sample of coffee so that I could ensure that I get the right ground of coffee for my machine. It was amazing to hear the history of this family business.

If you are looking for stellar service or to start your coffee equipment collection, this is the place to go.

I'm shocked more people don't know about National Cappuccino. Started in Edmonton with a showroom in Calgary, this is the place to go for anything espresso and coffee related.

I have been able to be a loyal client for years. Family owned, they offer great the cream of the crop in terms of machines and accessories and have their own in-house service department.

I have had my Rocket Giotto serviced a couple of times by Cameron with great results as part of ongoing maintenance.

Most recently I worked with National Cappuccino to create a unique custom La Marzocco Linea Mini for my house. It was fully disassembled, shipped to the US for brass platting and also imported a few wood pieces from Specht Design out of Australia to create a piece of art in my home.

For anyone looking for a new machine I highly recommend listening to the advice from National Cappuccino. While they may not carry commodity machines from big box stores, that is an upside. They carry and offer quality products that you invest in for long-term enjoyment and experiences. I can attest to the instant improvement of my home café and quality drinks going from Rocket to La Marzocco. Buy once, cry once.

This place is absolutely amazing. I often attend court for work, and stopped in one day. They offered me a coffee, while explaining they sell coffee machines. The owners were so friendly and welcoming and the coffee was so good, I saved up and purchased a machine. Best purchase of my life, this coffee is so smooth, decadent and the machine completes my coffee bar at home perfectly. I have never gotten so many compliments from friends and family in my life who come over and try a coffee. 100% recommend, expensive but for very good reason and well worth the price.

The lady had a Very bad attitude. Wouldn't even let us in the door. Apparently, they get a lot of people thinking its a coffee shop? Ok, but that doesn't excuse her refusing actual customers. She just assumed before locking the door on us with that comment. I brought my friend who was in town from Jasper (after the fire). So maybe she just wasn't dressed appropriately because she just lost everything she owned in that fire! I've bought from them before, without issue, they even made me a latte while I looked around, so I'm not sure what this woman's problem was. How embarrassing for the company. Word of mouth is free advertising, and im never returning and will never refer this place to anyone again.

Best place in town to go to for all of my home espresso needs. Machines, service, coffee and accessories. Friendly family business where you can learn about italian coffee preparation, & maintenance. They even helped me out during a worldwide pandemic! Check out my set up and be jealous! 🙂
