Very happy with the Juki LK-1850 I purchased though National 2000. They helped me understand the machine and it’s “character” prior to purchase. Their price a little firmer than I was hoping for but I am confident they went over the machine in detail and it help mitigate some of the anxiety of purchasing. Joseph helped me navigate an international wire transfer (US > CA). Shipping was also made simple and I had my machine delivered within 10 days of purchase (pretty great considering it crossed a border during a pandemic). The machine was received is the exact condition I expected it.

This business is a huge warehouse with hundreds of small to large industrial sewing machines from very old to almost new. Though it looks inconspicuous from the outside.
Just visiting and walking around the huge space was interesting and educational. I purchased an old Consew walking foot from these guys and in a very long time my expectation have not been exceeded by so far, they serviced the machine so well before leaving the warehouse that it now looks and runs as if it were new. Pretty impressive for a two decade old machine.
The father, Son team Ernest and Joseph are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly and their service staff are that rare breed of machine repair geeks. You name a machine, they can just about tell you the needle timing position down to a fraction.
Very pleased to have found this place, would highly recommend for both machines and servicing.

Excellent service. I bought an industrial sewing machine which is quite heavy. They made the extra effort to package and brace the machine so that it would not be damaged in shipment and configured the machine with a transformer for home use on 110 volt. It arrived in good condition and was quickly put into service. If you are looking to advance to an industrial machine buy from these guys. They will treat you right.
