I have had a good number of items altered here over the years. The biggest of which was my wedding dress in 2020. As one can imagine almost everything surrounding a 2020 wedding was filled with big emotions and uncertainty. My dress needed to be taken in a lot and I was worried it wasn't possible. Thankfully my dress was altered to fit and flow beautifully on our special day. I felt comfortable, beautiful and free to celebrate fully. Any time I have an item I need shortened I swing by, in what feels like no time at all my items are ready.

The second I knocked on her door she judged me. She was not nice at all. She was supposed to help me alter my wedding dress but instead all she did was judge me and put me down because my dress is black and called me fat and said she can’t help me. I hadn’t found a different seamstress because she said she could help me and she left me with 25 days before my wedding without my dress altered. She is completely ignorant and would not recommend her to anyone that don’t look like your basic “normal” person. I walked out almost in tears cause of how she made me feel. She told me my dress can’t be fixed it’s a big job in a short time and she is too busy. Fair enough but instead of telling me she could fix the dress she should have said let’s take a look and see if I have time. She also lied as I found someone else at very short notice who said it’s not going to be hard for what I need. She may be ok for the older generation but def needs to learn to be more professional with everyone no matter what someone chooses to look like. She should be ashamed of herself and I am letting everyone know to stay clear of this woman.

Got a zipper replaced in my winter jacket last year, and was told it would last longer than the original zipper. It has broken in less than a year and when I called to ask about it, the lady laughed at me over the phone. Would not reccomend at all.
