Any Muskoka Bear Wear store is amazing. We live in their hoodies come winter time. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Gravenhurst is our favourite location however. Thank you for another outstanding shopping experience.

Made a purchase this morning. I feel this could have been a terrible experience, on the contrary. It was an excellent experience. Customer Service is not "dead". The woman helping me went "above and beyond ".

Top quality outwear, with a great variety of styles and colors to satisfy different tastes. It's a bit pricy but the quality is really great. Staff were super helpful and friendly as well. it's definitely worth the visit

Excellent quality. Xmas gifts of the ladies Muskoka Bear Wear Comfy Pants. WOW this were a hit! So I bought 3 more for family members. They can't stop raving about them and wearing them. Finally just purchase three ladies Quarter Zip tops as birthday gifts. I am sure they will be a hit also. No issues at all with ordering online or shipping. Very smooth process. Keep up the great work

Ordered a sweater, nice quality stuff I have ordered before but paid 10 dollars for shipping. I needed to return and exchange the sweater, paid 30 dollars to return the sweater. I ordered the new sweater and paid 10 dollars for shipping. I do not recommend ordering these products online, customer service told me thats what it costs......thats what we pay.....even though for 1 its not and 2 you charge customers for the shipping. An 80 dollars sweater ended up costing me 130 dollars it was 100 percent NOT WORTH $130 ,BUYER BEWARE
