Absolutely phenomenal service from the younger lady (want to say her name was Mariana), along the manager today. They were both extremely helpful and efficient, not pushy at all and helped me get exactly what I needed. Very satisfied 10/10 customer service and would recommend to anyone who’s needing help with a suit and tailor!

I had some last minute issues with some clothes needed for a wedding. Both Braden and Chris did an amazing job helping me get setup in exactly what I needed. Both very polite gentleman who know their stuff. Would highly recommend coming by this place if you need formal event clothing

Very bad experience ever I had . I bought long coat from Moores Langford it doesn’t fit me well so I just went to return it they deny me and so rude staff , the manager behave so aggressively they have no sense to deal with the customers. I will never been there in future

Good service at initial purchase, but not when I returned to exchange sizes. Asked for wider fit , was told this was “modern fit”…well it needs to be wider. Did they offer anything for a larger man? Nope. Initial salesman was there but we were
Told he was too busy to help us.

Couldn’t have had a better experience buying my wedding suit with Aaron helping out. Great prices, amazing customer service. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without ya. Just knew exactly what to wear, what sizes, and what colour matches to go with. Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, and felt it was all about what we wanted. 10/10 recommend this store for suit needs. Thanks again!

If I can give this company a 0 I would. I rented 2 suits for my son and my step son. I advised them on the time of rental that both suits has to be delivered to Richmond, BC location as the wedding is happening there not in Victoria. Two days before my wedding I got an email saying that 1 suit is in Victoria. With the amount of stress and headaches this company has caused me I felt like they should refund me the amount of both rentals. I never even got an apology from the Manager. I don't know who dropped the ball big time but I would never ever go back to this place. Save yourself headache rent somewhere else like Capital Tuxedo. Imagine being so stressed out and crying the day before your wedding just no words, really big disappointment!!!!
