Ordered online. Veggie nachos, Milano special, 6 donuts. Nachos were large, enough for three people. Very tasty, although, like all nachos, I wish they would layer chips, cheese, chips, cheese, toppings. Pizza was really good, substantial even for thin crust. The cinnamon donuts were a great little surprise. Highly recommend!!

1 1/2 hour wait for delivery. Had to call the shop. Burnt popcords and pizza to trying to keep it warm. Very sad service. Will not order from this location again, and definitely not through them. I understand why third party delivery companies are so used and popular now.

I've had pizza from almost every pizza place in Ottawa. I stopped trying new places once I found Willy's Pizza in Kanata. My son insisted I try Milano pizza since it's been a couple of years since we have. So, we did tonight. Great reminder of why I stick to Willy's pizza. Milano pizza had SO much less cheese, much less flavor, less sauce and an overall disappointing pizza. I know it's a personal preference so I don't want to be too judgmental but we'll never order from Milano again.

I always get a Canadian pizza, it's fantastic. My wife gets there gluten free pizza and it's very good too.

Can no longer justify ordering here. Pizza was burnt on the bottom. Toppings overcooked, sausage was dried out and leathery, crust was too hard to be eaten. Seriously disappointed for $60. Pizza was eaten, kids were hungry, but it was a waste of money.

I don't really like to complain about things, but I'm a regular at this location and I have been noticing the portions have been getting smaller for their poutines. I don't know if it's new management or what, but 7 whole deep fried cheescurds in a "Popcurd" poutine is absolutely absurd and the fry portions are about the same as you'd get in a small in a large. Poutine is absolutely delicious, but as I said, these portions are getting smaller and smaller.

No shade, great food, just questionable portions.

This was an awful experience. We ordered a medium pizza and pasta. First of all the pasta was left behind by the delivery driver. And he told us he is just the driver so we called the restaurant and they blamed the driver and and said another driver was on its way. This is the first time that I have ordered Milano's pizza and it will be the last. Their medium pizza is so small I thought it was a personal pan. When the pasta finally came. It was the original one that was just sitting under the heat lamp to dry up and get crusty. But their sorry excuse of can tomato sauce would have tasted bad no matter what. The garlic bread was hard as stone. I ask that time a customer tells you a mistake was made own up to it and prepare fresh food instead of serving garbage.

Pizza is pretty good, no complaints there, and the vegan options were very good and appreciated for dairy free customers (and highly enjoyed). However price is crazy. Nearly $90 after tax for three medium pizzas is absolutely rediculous. Willie's is where I'll go unless I need the vegan options.
