I was asked to repair a Hyundai HY3200 generator for an elderly neighbor. Repairs were required due to the machine sitting too long and someone else ruining the key start switch and likely starter controller due to cranking excessively. No fault of the machine. I cleaned out the carb/freshened the fuel and the machine started right up. Alas - the key switch and starter controller were damaged due to the neglect. I sent an email and left a couple of phone messages and the response was quick and extremely helpful. Natasha answered the phone and I also received an email and call from Greg to get the service manual and assistance ordering parts. They were very kind and helpful ! Thank you kindly.

The charger for my Arc 3 Energizer was not working so I called Midland Power and Laura answered the call and was extremely helpful. I could not beleive how quickly my call was answered by a real live person. I wish other companies were like Midland. Anyway, I love my Arc 3 and look forward to taking it camping. I highly recommend products from Midland Power

Laura is the greatest to speak to about the products. I had very small issue with generators, she fixed me up rite away. Best Generators for the mony, tons of hours on them, just keeps on going and remote start. My carburetors came same day! Unbelievable service. They are a good working inexpensive product, Japanese products may be better but 4x the price. These have served our purpose very well

Bought a BG4650 worked good for a few months then became hard to start. Had to hand start. Recoil broke.. The engine shop say it has head valve issues.

Update. .... Ryan @ Midland sent parts to shop .. free. Yeah... it's now repaired and running like new.

Allie is absolutely an amazing customer service representative that answered all my questions and concerns with speed, knowledge and professionalism. It's been a while since I've experienced such great customer service and hope Midland Power Inc. recognizes and rewards such great talent as it's somewhat rare these days. If all customer service reps were as great as Allie at Midland Power it would make shopping experiences and support much more pleasurable and would entice customers to continue shopping at the company.

Follow up on my previous review. I'd originally had some issues with a Hyundai generator I had purchased, and had left a less than favorable review. To clarify, my disappointment was really with the local service rep who took so long to repair my generator. I now have my generator back, and it seems to be running well, so all's well that ends well. I do want to give a shout out to Laura Da Silva at Midland Power for excellent service as a customer representative. Laura made me feel like I was heard and acknowledged, and stayed on top of the situation via email and phone. She always communicated what the status was regarding the repair, and always responded to every email I'd sent. She was definitely a bright spot in what was a frustrating experience with a local service rep. My thanks to Midland Power for standing by the warranty and looking after getting my generator's issues repaired.

Had a failure on my energizer eZV4800. The inverter failed and would not reset. Spoke with midland support ( Selven Nugapen ) , they were very helpful , easy to deal with and shipped replacement parts .
The generator was 2 years old but parts were still under warranty. Very happy that they were so easy to deal with and provided me with parts .
