I could not be more pleased with the vinyl curtains that we ordered through Midland Industrial Covers. I worked with Frank and his customer service was outstanding. His product knowledge and experience were a really big help in tackling some of the challenges I saw with the design of the curtains and the installation of them. He offered his expertise but left the decision up to me. I was happy I went with his recommendations!

Frank made sure that the designs were accurate and to my liking and then made sure to ship them for us to be able to hang them and enjoy a big family party for St. Patrick's Day.

I was uncertain of what the final product would look like and was immediately happy when I opened the package and saw the durability and thickness of the vinyl.

The final apprehension I obviously had was the dimensions. Would the final product line up with the design I sent over? When I hung them I was relieved and again really impressed with the absolute precision in the production. As you can see in the photos, I had a space from the pergola to the garage and originally thought I should do 2 separate pieces. I am so glad that it is one continuous piece. I also had an overhang from the garage that I wasn't sure how to cover but there was a solution for that. Finally I had electrical boxes that I had to contend with on the one post. The cut outs for those electrical boxes were in the exact placement needed.

These curtains make a world of difference and especially in Chicago they will allow us to enjoy our outdoor entertaining area in all weather for all four seasons. The price of these make them completely affordable and well worth it. I would highly recommend using Midland Industrial Covers to improve your outdoor patio.

Excellent customer experience working with Frank. Post delivery I had an issue with the snaps at the top and he helped me figure it out and sent me a tool on his dime to do the repairs myself. Commercial grade quality curtains and perfect fit. My gazebo in Ontario is now a four season space. Cold temps, wind, rain, snow and we’re still out there enjoying the space. It’s toasty warm with the electric heaters we installed.

We’d been searching for a way to extend the useable months of our back deck and to an extent protect it and our deck furniture from our harsh Ontario winters. We found other solutions, but they were cumbersome, had storage challenges and were cost prohibitive.
We stumbled on Midland Covers during an internet search, and are delighted that we did. From start to finish, Midland was very helpful at guiding us through the measurement and installation process. Curtains were delivered on time and to spec. The fit is great.
Happily we got the covers up the day before our first snowfall. The vinyl material seems quite sturdy and the clear portions are crystal clear. The covers shield the back of the house from a north wind and offers us some protection when we let the dog out.
We are delighted with the result. Frank and team were a pleasure to deal with. Professional, polite, responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

I sent exactly what I wanted and I was not provided a real price and sketches of design I ask for . just a few follow up email asking my credit card number... Last email I said I would not send my credit card details before I get the final quote and price. Emails for the salesman stopped there....

Maybe spend more time to work for a sale not just ask for credit card info
