Amazing service done by Jomo & Walter super friendly and very professional with their work. Our building compactor gets really bad at times but I’m very happy and pleased with the continuous service we get from Metro. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone looking for compactor service. Our building is smelling amazing with the new Puroma M300!

We had an excellent experience with Metro Compactor during today’s service call. From start to finish, the communication was prompt and clear — including timely reminders and an accurate ETA for the technician’s arrival.

The technician arrived as scheduled, was well-prepared, and conducted the service with professionalism and efficiency. The issue was resolved quickly, and the technician took the time to explain the work completed.

I requested a service for my building, and the technician arrived asking to use the bathroom. He spent 15 minutes there and then proceeded to make repairs. He claimed to have changed 8 cylinders for the garbage chute in less than 10 minutes. However, when it was time to approve the work order, I checked his work and found that none of the assigned chutes for repair were functional. How is it possible for a cylinder to fail after just two days when their lifespan is supposed to be 10 to 15 years? He never toch nothing and demanded a repair approval. It seems like I had to pay him just to use my bathroom!!

Totally unprofessional on the roads. 50kmph over speed limit, tailgating, the works. If they drive like this I wouldn't even trust them with my trash.

Thankfully they decked out their van so I knew just where to leave the review. Thanks!
