Recently purchased a new 2023 brook model through a private seller and installed on our property. Issues with HVAC system from day one, where the heating does not reach set point with outdoor temperatures being moderately cool. Similar complaints of Google Reviews. It is very apparent that the unit installed is not adequate to either heat or cool the trailer. It is also difficult to get in contact (speak to someone) with anyone at Metaligna Modular to get assistance or call backs. If you don't believe me, try calling them and see if you get someone on the phone to talk to in customer service. Other customers should be aware that the warranty on the trailer does not extend to a new owner.
