We purchased a quonset hut building over a year ago, we couldn't build because we had to wait for the permit,so the building was just sitting on the lot.We finally put it up over a year later...it's a beautiful building and it came with everything they said it will.The price was very good too.Thank you Metal Pro,thank you John!!!We will buy from these guys again!!!

I erased my original review as they have since replied to my post.

That said, i did buy a building 3 yrs ago. I also got the offer to get the econoslab forms.

My experience 3 years after. i have a fiberglass skylight that they sold me knowing my building was intended to be a home. Heated and lived in. Well, 1 single layer of fiberglass in a heated home is a great way to get rained on in the winter months. Me not knowing a thing about building a home i feel i was mislead. From mp and my contractor who failed me aswell.
After many calls 3 yrs ago, i was basically left to figure it out on my own. But i expected mp to know that this skylight is not good for heated space, but here i am 3 yrs later watching it rain on my floor. Hence why i posted this today because i wanted to share in my joy.

And in my post. Mp replied. They questioned my profile and then made note that i post a lot of 1 star reviews. Your right because i also post 5 star aswell.

That's great customer service in my opinion, i mean, who does not want to spend thousands of dollars to get told I'm just a fake reviewer. There's nothing more to say, but wow, thank you. And oh yea, in the previous post that i have since deleted. you..... spelled star wrong.

We are in the process of erecting our 40 x 50 steel rigid frame building we purchased from Oliver at Metal Pro Buildings. So far the experience has been flawless. We received exactly the building we ordered and any question we had was always answered by Oliver. He made certain contractual commitments to us that he lived up to. We are very happy with our building and particularly the service we have received. We would definitely buy another building through Oliver and Metal Pro in the future...

We ordered our building in July. Told the rep that it was going to be a diy project. Confirmed the type of foundation that it would need etc. he expressed he had these available for immediate pickup. decided to go ahead and put a deposit on the building. Drawings came and the foundation wasn’t anything like the sale rep had described. Not even close. Was told then we would have to order baseplates. Ok. Did that. Still the drawings were insane. Even when we hired concrete guy since it was above our scope he asked if we were building a parking garage. Nope. Asked when our building was to be delivered as it was supposed to be sitting in a warehouse somewhere. End of October we were told. Oh well is what it is at this point. Our delivery date arrives. They don’t deliver it on the date we requested. The Manual is an antique. It’s horrible. Nothing is labeled. Our end wall we bought with it is the wrong size completely. And now they won’t do anything for us except send out a new end wall after we’ve already made alternations to repair it. Horrible customer service from the get go. Should have known the price was too good to be true. Pick another company to deal with.

When I was looking for a smaller steel garage/port, I was extremely fortunate to have a salesman named Jude Cassimy help me with that I was looking for. He showed me exactly what I wanted and gave me quotes very quickly. Jude had great communication and was extremely thorough in trying to help me. Although I decided to go a different direction, Jude continued to have great service and provided support with questions. Metal Pro Buildings clearly has a high standard when it comes to business and customer service. Thank you!

These guys are incredible to deal with. Jude is the individual I’ve dealt with and I can’t say enough good things about how easy he has made this process. Every concern or question I have sent over to him has been answered quickly, even returning calls on the weekends during his off time. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
