Under Sell ... Over Deliver... they have been doing this a long time. First got to know Metal Connection over 10 years ago. The request of them then was enormous they delivered well beyond expectation! Just this week had a small order request complete days before expected. Received very low level quality of laser cut parts, and they did nothing to make it right. Apparently I need to specify that I don't want the guy on the grinder to butcher the edges because their laser leaves a jagged cut. Sorry, my bad.
