Todd & Janeen pride themselves on exceptional customer service. From our first meeting where we received their full attention while discussing our trailer issues & getting a quote up to when we picked up the completed trailer, we never ceased to be impressed. We appreciated their regular contact with us with updates & photos of the work in progress.

We are very happy with the rock guard protection done on the roof & front of the trailer as well as the detailed work done on the belly band, removal of the rusted plates and securing with fiberglass. And with a finishing coat of blue paint to match our Trillium!

They totally understand what these trailers mean to us in the vintage community & they love them as much as we do. Thank you Todd, Janeen & José on the excellent work on our trailer & exemplary customer service. You guys rock!

I am so happy with my first (of many) visits to Metal Arc Welding in Red Deer! Todd and Janine are very friendly and super knowledgeable regarding anything and everything to do with Bolers. On this visit I was having my front and back windows replaced after my front window imploded during a trip (it was very old and sun-damaged). They were very accommodating in getting me in right away and ensuring me I would have it back within the week for my next planned camping trip (and the Devon Rally the weekend after). They even made time for some of the less urgent fixes on my list - installed the new door latch that I had already purchased, patched up the fibreglas where the old locks had been, and put Lexan in the door window. Todd even threw in a free licence plate holder (my plate had been taped inside the window that was replaced).

They did an awesome job on all of the work done, and were also very willing to take time to chat with me and share their knowledge regarding all my Boler questions and future plans for further renovations, many of which I will now entrust to Metal Arc.

I highly recommend Metal Arc Welding for all of your Boler needs.

Metal Arc has done some very solid work on our Boler, and in short order, too. They were able to give her back to us in time for our camping trip. They inspected our frame and found it was sound, but also cleaned the rust off and applied some good rustproofing so it will stay solid. They installed a new axle and brakes, and we’re amazed how easy our Boler is now to tow and to manoeuvre. We also have a new secure lock, a door holder (no more bungee cord), renewed hinges and a door that is properly aligned, and a new front jack. Thanks Metal Arc!

Got the frame for our little Boler 13' replaced at Metal Arc and the process was very smooth start to finish. The old frame had definitely seen enough miles to be dangerous, but I have no doubt the new one will outlast me 🙂 Fit and finish on the new frame was super, and we had them handle the swap over too (since my list of things to do never gets any shorter). Very happy to recommend. PS - new frame had a tongue extension and was much tougher, yet only added 70 kgs overall.

We had a great experience with Metal Arc! We had the frame of our 13 ft boler replaced and the final result is amazing.

When we dropped the boler off, we were able to see some of the work going on and it was clear that they know their stuff and we left with the confidence that it was in the right hands. When we got the boler back with the new frame, it was incredible how much smoother it was to tow. They also added features we had not previously had that were practical and will make for easy camping in the future.

They were very responsive both by email and phone. We live out of town, so we had to arrange off hour drop off and pick up and they were kindly accommodating. They were also transparent in pricing and any added features with additional cost were discussed ahead of time. I would highly recommend Metal Arc for any RV needs!
