Amazing customer service every employee was sincere and genuine! They all had a friendly smile on their face, unlike the other two grocery stores I visited across the street! their produce and poultry was also fresh!

What a fantastic place!

Lots of options for meats either plain cuts are pre-marinaded. The fruits and veggies are fresh and there's lots of goodies to choose from in the bakery and such.

The staff are very friendly and helpful as well as the prices are reasonable. Great place, will definitely come back!

Okay butcher shop. Variety of meats. Deli and other items. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. But that's food in general nowadays.

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE STORES!
Did you know when you purchase online they charge you delivery fees to pick up products AT THEIR STORE?!?!?!
If they don't have the products in their stores, that is their problem! Delivery charges to my home is borderline tolerable, but charging clients to pick up at their physical stores for online ordered products is totally UNACCEPTABLE! Shame on them!
We'll not be shopping at their stores! Bad for them; good for others!

My husband and I purchased the steak & lobster special to have for dinner on NewYears! I was asked at the time when I was choosing my type of steak , if I wanted it seasoned! I said yes. I was handed my steak & lobster and made my purchase at the cash register. When we got home, we placed our steak & lobster in our fridge. We like to always take our steak out a little bit before we plan on grilling it. We went to open our steak package and it was the lobster! Our packages were labeled wrong! We then placed our lobster back in the fridge and took the other package out, that said lobster on it! It was our unseasoned steak. We ended up seasoning our own. Disappointed at this part. However our steak was amazing! The lobster was just okay! Kind workers at Meridian Market though.

These guys are awesome. Always deliver a great product on time and for a good price. If you ever have any questions they have an amazing customer support team who help you and resolve the issue without all the back and forth. Great company, please support them people!

I have always loved Meridian Meats but was disappointed last week when I contacted them to assist me with a cut of pork needed for Thanksgiving. It wasn't the fact they didn't have it, it was the lack of customer service in attempting to get timely information and respond to my message. They were clearly busy and that reflected in their phone manner and their manager's response was very abrupt. Overall this is a fabulous store in our community and I like to support them. I will continue to do so but hope they can do better next time!
