Would give them a zero Would not recommend buying anything from them I was lied to by multiple staff. I was overcharged by over $150 from the quote I got when I ordered the parts. The parts were supposed to take three days to get in. I finally received them all after 3 1/2 weeks. They said they would ship me out the parts that they forgot to order on courier To me on their dime. I received the parts and got a $40 courier fee on top of it so again they lied. Do not recommend going there.

This place is great! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a side by side and the guy was very helpful and friendly. I loved dealing with the staff there and I highly recommend them to my friends, family and anyone I converse with. They had pretty much anything on hand, with of course any small local businesses need to order in parts, so that was expected. But it’s very quick shipping. I love the updates as the days went by. I’ll say it again, I highly recommend!

If you live close might be ok.
Phone service sucks!
First time I called I was immediately put on hold, I hung up after 15 minutes. I called back, I talked to one person, they had the part and I was given a price.
I confirmed the price with my hubby, and called back to give my credit card info, and for them to do an " hands on" check to make sure it was there. (before I drove over an hour to pick it up. )Gave the guy my info, back on hold. After awhile he came back and said they had no listing for the part
I told him I had been told that they had it. He said that he would talk to whom I had spoken with and get back to me.
3 hours pass with no call.
I call again, get a third different clerk gave info, put on hold. Comes back tells me no listing and has no idea what the first person had been talking about.(I still can't talk to the first person "busy".
I told clerk that the situation was getting stupid. He said they were busy with "paying customers " and hung up on me when I got angry at that statement.
Called again, asked for the manager. Told she was busy but that she would call me before the end of day or that I should call back the next day .
Needless to say, she didn't call.
I called them again the next day. Manager was busy and would call me back..no call all day.
Ordered the part online that night.
So much for trying to support local business.

Bought an ATV that was listed online, trusted the honesty of the dealer & made the mistake of not checking it out in person, but had it delivered. Unit showed up with 2,600 km more than listing posted. There were other issues with the unit that should've been disclosed to me since it was being delivered. Melfort Parts Dealer didn't respond to my emails to rectify this (initially offered a measly instore credit). So never again. Untrustworthy seller!

Was suppose to be an easy fix.
Very poor mechanic service, absolutely zero help stuck with 550$ bill for my quad to sit outside in the rain for over a month. Take your machine elsewhere for mechanical work. awful communication from staff.
