Honest, skillful, respectful.

Omid is the kind of technician I was looking for. Water was running from the pressure relief valve in my hot water tank, which poses a significant inconvenience for a family with a newborn. Omid came in and took 10-15 mins to find the culprit, and spent the rest of the morning collecting parts and fixing the problem.

Over the conversation after the job was done, I have found out that Omid is very experienced, and ethical about his work. He does not trick clients into expensive repairs, but only to what is necessary. I'll call him again for future regulator maintenance and (hopefully not) repairs.

Another detail that reflects Omid's personality is that he did not put a sticker covering any previous one: "you can choose the technician you like the most in the future freely". Trust worthy and likeable.

Overall, pleased with the work and the person. Would recommend.

We had a new reno and we were told by atleast 10 hvac techs & plumbers they could not fit or accommodate our range fan out as our hole was drilled too far over and impossible to connect! Omit said he could come take a look instantly and with his own research and discussing with the fan manufacturer he custom built a solution ! We are thrilled and he got it done and with perfection!!!
