I have a strong affection for my Milwaukee tools and was seeking a specific item. On June 01, 2023, I paid a visit to Markham Industrial & Trade Supplies Ltd. The service I encountered was truly exceptional, and I purchased the Milwaukee M18 Top-off 175-Watt Powered Compact Inverter, which was exactly what I had been searching for. This product sold brand new and offered at the best price available across Durham, Peel, Toronto, and York regions (trust me, I'm quite the deal enthusiast). (I paid $111.87 after taxes, and the average price found at all other stores was $178 before taxes!)

During my visit, I learned about the upcoming Milwaukee tent event. Intrigued, I returned on June 14, 2023, to partake in the event. The store was pleasantly busy, yet adequately staffed by both the store's personnel and representatives from Milwaukee, all of whom were available to provide assistance and address any inquiries. On this particular day, I was merely browsing without any specific item in mind. It became evident that the tent event featured even more competitive prices than anticipated.

Ultimately, I made the decision to purchase an item that was already on sale instore, the Milwaukee M18 String Trimmer with Quik-Lok, 8.0 High Output Battery, Rapid Charger and I got the M18 Blower for free. The price presented was too compelling to decline, the instore promotion + additional sale from the tent event, and to my pleasant surprise, I received some thoughtful bonuses as tokens of appreciation for attending the event. These included an M18 Red Lithium 3.0 High Output Battery, 2 Milwaukee hats, and 2 Milwaukee t-shirts. I would like to emphasize that the discount + promotional items given at the tent event is additional to any instore sale price and bonus items given, so this was a double discount with LOTS of bonus items! (I paid $432.71 after taxes, and the instore sale was $478 before taxes!)

My admiration for Milwaukee tools extends beyond their product range, as Markham Industrial & Trade Supplies Ltd. also stocks other esteemed brands. It's worth engaging with the staff to stay informed about the store's upcoming events. Additionally, there's another branch located at 7701 Woodbine Avenue, Unit 7, in Markham. I've interacted with the staff at both locations, and I was genuinely impressed by their expertise and guidance, which greatly assisted me in acquiring the items I desired.

They have or can get what you need. Their selection and knowledge of the right hardware and tools, for whatever job you got going, is top shelf. And the guys there are very friendly and helpful. The Woodbine location in Markham is just as good.

I purchased a 17oz Milwaukee hammer from this store that has a limited lifetime warranty on manufactured defects. When I went in to exchange it for a new one and purchase other items the worker proceeded to swear at me and argue with me about the exchange. Then the worker went on the Milwaukee website and read the return policy to me which said how to proceed with an exchange of items which proved that what I was doing was right. The worker first proceeded to complain about how dirty the hammer was and the use on it. I use my hammer every day and all day long so it wears fast . The worker took my information and the old hammer and said he was going to get in trouble with his boss while he was putting the new hammer on the counter. While he was still arguing with me I asked to finish my purchase for the other items and said I don't have time to talk today I'm very busy. Then the worker gave me my old hammer back and refused the exchange. That's not right so I hope the owner sees this and fixes the issue.
