I had a very disappointing experience with Pattison Agriculture in Moosomin, SK. I contacted Tristan in sales for a quote on a zero-turn mower with a full bagger system, installation, and taxes included. He was very helpful/friendly and had quick responses throughout. He sent me the price in writing via text, and after we talked more about the numbers, we agreed on a price and I was ready to send the deposit. I even clarified with him by sending the model, what all I need, and a price to confirm, to which he replied “that’s correct.” At the last minute, he informed me that the parts department had “forgotten” to include the bagging motor, clutch, and hose, which increased the price by nearly $1,400. They said they can’t do anything at all to make up for the difference not even meet anywhere in between, take it or leave it. The mistake being 100% on their end, you’d think they would do something, anything, to make it right. This was a huge waste of my time and left me with a very poor impression of their professionalism and reliability.

This is an amendment to a previous review I gave for pattison in moosomin...when I had issues with a used piece of equipment that I had bought there,I posted a negative review...but I must say,within 30 minutes of posting the negative review,the company contacted me and was very helpful and understanding...they had me bring the equipment back and corrected all the problems that I was having....talk about awesome customer service!!!hats off to Scott and everyone else at the dealership for being so on top of things and striving to keep a customer happy.i will never have anything but good to say about this dealership.two thumbs up👍👍 no worries buying something from these people!

Usually just stopping in for a jug of washer fluid or weed whacker blades, but I love that the farmers, and industrial workers near and far, have a shop on call that will help out at a moments notice! Definitely an underrated store in Moosomin, and best place to order your niece or nephew a toy for Christmas or their birthday!
