This place is a mess, the week after I started the entire shipping department quit... all kinds of misfeeds and double hits on hand transfer dies, dies are kept outside or piled up in shipping containers; even new dies are rusty, I'm sure customers wouldn't be happy to see their tools all rusty. The die repair shop is sketchy AF, the crane is on a A frame on wheels and no brake and is used to open and flip dies. The die repair shop is also down the street from the main plant and have to walk to the main plant when you go to a press call; walking in rain and snow. New owners have no clue what is going on as they have no experience in the industry, and have a kid with zero experience running the plant.

We called as a private client and the gentleman there was unhelpful and quite dismissive on the phone. I called them beacuse I did my co-op placement there 20 years ago, I was quite dissatisfied. apparently the company was much better before the owner changed.

Rude, the woman who answered the phone was very unpleasant and frankly should not be the one answering the phone. Customer service is very important and this place has anything but.
