Contacted Kerri to inquire about up/down shades. With new regulations in Canada about blinds I couldn't find
any without the top shear fabric which I didnt want. She was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted. Great quality product. Great service from 1st meeting to install. I highly recommend her.

Kerri and Chalene were awesome to work with. They were super responsive, on time, knowledgeable, accurate, fair, etc. I know this should go without saying, but it’s a rarity nowadays. We did 9 windows with new blinds and they look amazing. We highly recommend Made in the Shade!!

Recently moved to the area and the blinds in the house were awful! I called Made in the Shade and they came out the next business day to make suggestions and gave me a quote. The blinds were ready in under two weeks and installed in my home. These ladies are fantastic to deal with. Full of ideas, obviously really enjoy what they do. My company has used Made in the Shade Blinds a couple of times, for blinds that block the sun without blocking the light, and have had great service from Kerri and her team. Their response time to our requests have been amazing. They came for measurements, were done with that in minutes, and the turnaround time to have the blinds installed was remarkably quick! They were installed again in minutes, and they look great! They are perfect for our offices. Everyone who got the new blinds is more than pleased! Plus Kerri made sure the new blinds are a perfect match to the old ones in the rest of the office. Overall, we got a great product and experienced superlative service.
