I rented a unit in their industrial warehouse #3 for a party, and they gave me back my deposit, no charge. They also supplied 4 coat racks and hangers, tables and a incredible 1000 lb. solid steel table for my DJ. They were also helpful in setting up AND with clean -up, all no extra charge. I purchased a Hydraulic press from Machineco, It took a little time to dot all the I's and cross all the t's, for the payment from the US to Canada and then the paperwork to get it across the border and shipped to Pennsylvania. John was a nice person to work with and responsive. In spite of the fact it took about 2 month from the time we started the process until the press arrived I still had a good experience. For me its more about sending the money and receiving the item then getting the press next day (Prime).

Back in May 2022, our Blanchard no.11 surface grinder suddenly stopped working. We were in panic mode. After having researched the internet I finally found a replacement in Arizona and arranged for immediate shipment to Montreal. While I was waiting for the shipment to come in, I had to find a company to install this heavy piece of equipment.
Most specialized movers wouldn’t even return the call and others would just improvise a quote that would be too good to ignore, ‘’for them’’.
I knew John Doak from Machineco for selling used industrial equipment and decided to ask him if he could recommend someone for the installation. It turned out they actually can install any size machinery themselves. Since I didn’t have the equipment to unload the Blanchard, I had the shipment rerouted to one of Machineco’s warehouses for unloading and preparation. Machineco went out of their way and waited until 07:30 PM for the arrival of the shipment then proceeded to unload it.
Early next morning, Joe Walsh of Machineco arrived with a hydraulic sliding bed truck loaded with our Blanchard and a heavy-duty lift truck. He proceeded to install the Blanchard at the desired location in the shop. He also moved our damaged Blanchard to a different location. All of this in just over 1 hr. and the price was less than HALF of that of the other equipment mover.
During the process and through the numerous conversations with John Doak, I found out that Machineco had another piece of equipment that would be very useful for our production.
Overall, the service was fantastic and Machineco’s people were the friendliest.
