Most impressed by the customer service and knowledge of Jim at M&K. wow.... he went above and beyond to help us in a furnace outage crisis. Jim was extremely knowledgeable and also very personable. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Wow! I am so impressed with this company. I had a gas leakage from my hot water heater pipe, and after calling and leaving a message Sunday, they had a technician out Monday afternoon, accomodating my available time slot. The receptionist/ dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. Brandon was such a polite and personable young man and fixed my issues in no time! I would highly recommend M and K, and if you have Brandon do your service, you will be more than pleased! Thank you !!!

This company is absolutely wonderful, they came on time and the installers were super knowledgeable. Even more, their admin person Denise is a rockstar and will help walk you through everything you need for any eligible rebates. I would 1000% recommend this company as they treat you like a person and really try to help you in every way possible.

Our two installers showed up with the wrong tank because I had told their boss we had a Gas water heater. I was wrong. Upon arrival our two installers found the problem and in TWENTY MINUTES had a brand new electric tank in my driveway. While one was off getting the tank the other started the prep work and removed the old one. I cannot say enough good things about this service. While other companies took weeks to get back to us M&K set up an appointment on our first call and showed up on the day in question. Imagine that! Real service from real hard working plumbers. Our next replacement will be our furnace. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. Kudos to M&K for remembering the value of good service!

They are so very easy to deal with! Julie is so very efficient, pleasant and an asset to this company. Jim is the BEST! He came right away to quote our job and after all was finished there were NO extras or surprises. Truly was great to deal with and delivered and finished on time. Jason did the quickest, most tidy, professional install of our new gas furnaces and A/C units! Dan the plumber was so very fast, friendly and good at his job! I would recommend M&K Plumbing and Heating if you want excellent workmanship at a very fair price! Very nice dealing with you all!! Will use you in the future......Lloyd and Cyndi

So impressed with Julie and plumber dispatched from Cranbrook for warranty work on my H20 tank! The installer, Fernie Mechanical, stood me up after three reports their product wasn't heating enough water for a bath! Julie agreed to work with the manufacturer, Bradford, even billing directly. The appointment was quickly arranged during the busy season and he did a VERY thorough inspection. A faulty thermostat was replaced and problem fixed.
Through this experience I learned the supplier/installer is expected to respond to new product warranty issues. Had Julie not helped me I'd have been out of pocket parts and labour as it's not refundable to the consumer through Bradford White.
Thank you M & K Plumbing, you've restored my faith. Good people and reputable businesses are still out there. I'm grateful for the time you spent arranging everything and to the plumber who didn't quit until the problem was rectified.
