Lori's is a wonderful place to shop for quilting and sewing supplies. I took my first quilting classes there this fall and it was great. The teachers for my classes were amazing. The store has so much to offer and tons of samples to inspire you. The environment is very welcoming and the staff are very helpful.

The store is beautiful. So much selection. The staff, however. I felt like I was interrupting their day. No one said hello. Two staff members walked past me while I was browsing and ignored me. It was not a fun shopping experience at all.

It was over a 30 mins drive to come here, tried to call to see if I should turn around. Between trains and terrible traffic my arrival was going to be delayed to 5:06. I was put on hold and stayed there for 10mins. I needed one piece of fabric to complete my quilt and “I’m sorry we close at 5”. I would have been out in less than 5 mins. I’ve shopped here since they opened, customer service is becoming obsolete. It would have been nice to have had that answer when I could still turn around

I have now had 3 recent experiences with Lori’s one in person on my bday where I was surprised to learn that you receive a bday discount! Which in my case was awesome as I had an arm load of Kimberbell products . The staff was fantastic with answering my many questions. My other experiences where online where I recieved my purchases promptly and recieved free shipping with a purchase of $250 or more which we all know is easy to make. I’ll be heading to Loris online first for all my Kimberbell products

AMAZING!! I came here without a clear plan but told them my idea. I had multiple ladies helping to pick out patterns and fabrics and helping to make decisions. Linda spent so much of her time helping plan out my quilt with me! Can't wait to go back and show them the finished project! Especially if you're new to quilting or needing ideas I highly recommend Lori's. As a bonus, all the customers were so friendly too!

This place is simply a hidden gem!!! I love this store the staff are amazing and super friendly. You need some help finding that certain pattern? I'm sure the kind folks at Lori's Country Cottage are more than happy to give you a hand. While your at it why not look around and see what other amazing little gems are hidden away inside this second floor studio style shop that feels like a home away from home, I'm sure you will be pleased with what they have to offer and your are always welcome to visit.
