Love the prices of the meat. That is why we started going here. Lady who runs the meat counter is lovely.

Despite this, the shopping experience was horrible on our second visit. The male cashier with the shaved head is probably the worst customer service I ever received. The only thing he said to us aside from "Kay" was "I'll have to charge you for bags" (quite rudely as we walked up to the till). He did not say hello, and when I said "have a nice day", his response remained "Kay".

The entire interaction he glared at us and acted like we were worse than the dirt under his shoes from the moment we greeted him.

Male cashier is rude. Expected me to run for a new pack of eggs when one was cracked. He's never friendly.
Prices are stupid high except for sale items. I like that they carry co-op gold brand. Backery is fine but over-priced.
No pharmaceuticals at all ie: Tylenol
Cheap bacon.

Awful customer service, prices are very high, they make a poor delivery driver drop off around 90 bags of stuff from Walmart because they are lazy and can’t pick it up themselves. Everything they have is from Walmart and they sky rocket all the prices. They don’t tip the drivers even.

Best customer service ever! I called London Road Market to let them know the bacon I purchased was expired, and was wanting to return it for a fresh one if possible. Next thing they asked for my address and the manager himself came by to deliver this! We only bought a single, 1kg package! The BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Will most definitely be doing ALOT more of my shopping there.

Convenient location but the male staff I have encountered there are very mean and angry. I have often encountered spoiled and/expired food, which would be more tolerable if the staff were kind. After yet another bad experience there yesterday I will probably avoid shopping there despite my desires to stop local.

Butcher is extremely rude and unfriendly. Asked for a half a prime rib (can’t afford a whole as they are about $250). Said he was busy. We asked what time we should come back. He said a time. Said okay can it be waiting for us at that time. He snarled said it’s all sold out now go away. We know it wasn’t sold out as we had stopped by the day before and the butcher wasn’t there but they said they had lots of it said come back tomorrow morning which we did. Won’t be back

Good meat sales. I’ll pay 21 for 5 chicken breast when Walmart is 6 for 22 to support local.

Good selection.

Cashier wouldn’t say a word to me. Not sure what that would be about, but the first and last time I’ll spend anything here.
