I'm very happy with the purchase of my Baby Lock Allegro. Customer service was amazing. I messaged them about seeing a better price online, they instantly matched the price and I was able to purchase it minutes later online. Linda’s Quilt shop is THE place for products and above all service! I can not say enough good things about the expertise and customer service that I received! I have purchased two machines from them now and will not go anywhere else for upgrades! Two years ago I bought my Baby Lock Brilliant and l have just purchased the 55th anniversary limited edition serger! Thank you again for your amazing services and awesome products!

I had purchased an inexpensive sewing machine from a big box store. It was very difficult setting up the machine and getting it to work as it would jam. I called Linda's Quilt Shoppe and they suggested bringing it in and they would have a look a it. I went to the shop and staff sat with me and took the time to show me what I was doing wrong. They also showed me the correct way to set up my machine. They did this at no charge. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the kind of store that cares about their customers.
