I wish I could give more than 5 stars because my expectations were exceeding in every single way. The customer service and communication is exceptional! I had a very difficult item I needed engraved - I called 7 other businesses and none of them would even consider engraving my item.
She worked with me on the design and placement and engraved my item beautifully; I was not expecting it to look as good as it does! The engraving is a gift and when they receive it they are going to cry! So thankful for her!

What an amazing experience we had! We asked if a necklace pendant could be engraved and they were able to get it done by early the next day!! Very affordable, awesome service and the pendant looked great!

I found Karen and Lil Bit Custom through a desperate Facebook hunt for someone, anyone with a laser cutting machine and a bit of time on their hands to help me with an order gone sideways. Without hesitation, Karen stepped up to the plate and helped by cutting some wood ornaments! Since then she’s cut some acrylic for me and I plan on having her cut some more for me this upcoming Christmas season!
