This company is weak. They are cheap. All the equipment is used, never new. They hire student engineers that are a plague on the professional tech people on the floor doing the work. The HR and supervisors are yes men. Their safety record isn't so good either, huge fire. Most everyone's pay is not sufficient for the work being done in almost every department in the company.
One tour was enough for my company to decide against doing business with them. Good example of a private company being greedy.

Their Hiring process Was paper forms Then instructions from someone that had broken english while you wore earplugs in a building with fans and banging And noise to get you to grind a weld on a turbine blade to thosands of a inch with 40 grit spinning at 300 rpm....Scary if you fly a plane ....
