I brought my brand new Hugo Boss hem pants with a few times trying. Of course after each time you can see needle and stitching spots. My daughter's dress wasn't done either. Prior leaving my stuff i asked lady the owner please don't ruined them because they are new and we have a wedding party to go. After coming home I realized the pin on my daughter's dress still was there and pants were ruined. I went back next morning and showed her. She said her tailor is not here and will fix it today. After about couple of hours she said it's ready. When i came the dress was done, but the holes from the sewing machine and 4 lines of stitching were still there. All she said it was like that and we didn't use sewing machine. What an absurd, how else can it be done. She offered me $9.99 refund mentioning we are a small business and don't have a liability insurance to compensate anything more than that. I refused because those pants my wife got it for me for $850.00 . It wasn't about money.
The stuff you don't care if they'll get ruined it might be ok, but don't take a chance bring something new or valuable.

Sally and her employees are top notch. They were able to clean my daughter's wedding dress exceptionally and with great personal attention. Sally was very thorough and was super excited to re-clean this dress after the wedding as well. The dress looks professionally preserved.

I have been going to this dry cleaner for quite some time and they never disappoint. Sally is particularly caring and attentive to my needs. I had two pairs for pants that had been previously ruined by another dry cleaner - multiple creases. Sally fixed them for me at no extra charge. She actually checked them out personally for me and sent them back to the plant for further attention to perfect them before my pick up. What a professional dry cleaner! I just enjoy their services! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! I brought some skirts and a dress to be hemmed and it turned out perfect! The customer service is amazing and prices are great too! The owner is so kind and caring. Such a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

Best dry cleaners ever!! I had a wedding dress emergency and they were able to clean my dress and return it back to me within 24 hours. Also, they're have very reasonably prices. Huge life savor! Highly recommend!!

Took a suit here for a cleaning. Was provided a bottle of water as soon as I came in the door and overall fantastic customer care. They found 2 rings that had been missing for the better part of a year. They also got a stain out of my white shirt! Overall fantastic service.

I moved to Newmarket area a few years ago and have been taking our family dry cleaning to Leslie Cleaners since. The owners are extremely pleasant, super kind and always provide excellent service. Sally always greets us with a smile and during the hot summer months she even goes out of her way to gift us with a nice cold bottle of water. Our clothes always come back looking like we just bought them from the store and alterations are always just right! Thank you Leslie Cleaners!!!
