If I were the owner(s) of this business, I would rethink their customer care and interraction, that is if they care. No need for details other than to say that pushed to the edge, anyone can find an alternative supplier for anything in this world. No business should act as if they are doing a customer a favour.
This is the unmistakable impression portrayed by the people we encountered at this place.

Requested a quote for 10 sheets of 3mm acrylic, to be cut into 20 pieces each, and was quoted over $2600 for all 10 with me supplying the material! Perhaps they are new to non-metal mediums or do not specialize in it, but I shudder to imagine anyone unknowingly paying that kind of money for 10 straight cuts per sheet. In the end I received a quote for 1/6 their price locally elsewhere. Buyer beware 😬.

Absolutely not recommending. Placed an order and mentioned that it should be ready by specific date because this is a gift flying to Germany. Called in a few days before this date with some updates how's progress going. The man who spoke with me was so aggressive and disrespectful to me with my request. Finally, I've got email about pick up request when I was already in a plane. No refund was issued from them. Even no one said any excuse to me.
Not recommend at all.

My first experience was very pleasant and finished product was above my expectations so I went back for another custom project.

Despite some issues when the product came back from production, I have received amazing support, we worked together in re-making the parts and was promised they wouldn't settle for anything else than full customer satisfaction.

Promise they kept, the final product is absolutely stunning (including bending, laser cut and laser etching).

For small jobs they are super expensive. For me they were over 6 times the price compared to another shop in town. Not sure what business they are in but completing small jobs economically is not it. I actually had a set of pieces made there by mistake based on me replying to the wrong email. (I was trying to just ignore their quote and should have erased it. There was a significant error on my behave regarding making sure I was responding to the correct vendor). They got the parts done and called me. (Which before dimensionally checking do appear correct.). Once I figured out what had happened I tried talking to them about it. I asked if they actually bid my work with real numbers or if they high balled me because they don't usually deal with small orders. I was told my job was bid like everyone else's. A comment was made about they had dealt with emails in which I had indicated that I had spoke to someone there and had given them the go ahead (which was true though if they would have asked around the would have discovered that I was wrong,) they had done all the programming and that there machines cost in the order of $1mm dollars. The programming should have taken 5 to 10 minutes because they had accurate AutoCAD part drawings. Translation too bad so sad. I paid them and left. I still feel like they weren't bidding seriously. Anyway i got my parts for $606 instead of $100. They were quick to respond. I can't argue with that. Dealing with this company was a hard lesson. I've been working in engineering for 20 years and never made this mistake before.

Edit: The response from the vendor is that they indicate that it was a rush job. This was not the case. In fact the opposite was true. I am cost sensitive and accept being shuffled in with other work (fill work) so I can receive best price. Furthermore the vendor is indicating there was a resolution. This is not the case. The vendor seems to be implying that a mitigating (monetary or otherwise) resolution was reached. This is not the case. The vendor called me and smugly requested that I change my review. I am making this edit a number of years later after seeing their response. I have not done business with this company again.

Great service, and quick turn around. Mora at the front desk helped me and answered my 620 questions. Had them cut some brackets for me in smaller quantity and the price was fair for what they did, especially including the design work as I dropped off samples rather than a digital file.
