Very informative, honest and polite staff! One of the guys I spoke to on the phone knew that where I lived, I would be 100% unable to get a signal and didn't try to sell me things that would not work just to profit off of! Unlike other establishments who's names I will not mention here, sold me things in the past and promised I would get a reliable signal with where I lived, and then I got absolutely no signal at all and was quite let down. These guys are honest and straightforward! That's something to be admired considering the times we are living in! Great guys here!

My installer was more interested in talking than actually doing his job. The hole drilled into my home was large enough to fit the rj45 end through however the hole was never sealed, the Poe injector was just left dangling by the cat5 cable that was plugged into it. For the time he spent at my house and how easy his install was made for him I thought he would have been done sooner. Rather than placing the dish somewhere practical he placed it directly in front of a branch that I’ll be cutting now sooner than later. Heaven forbid he use that taller ladder on his van. He did nothing but bash the competitors internet that I had however in the evenings my speeds are worse than the competitor.

We got upgraded to a 20ft internet tower on our roof, which is all good. But why I'm giving you a 1 star for review is cause the mess with wires I'm left to fix myself. None of the wires are tuct away and when winter comes around all the wires will break. And I was also left to deal with the old bracket and wires.--- I will give new review when it's all fixed to my acceptance.

The installer came back and fixed everything to my acceptance and I'm very happy with everything he did now. I can definitely give a better rating now. To my surprise the installer was very honest and said: he was just to lazy and in a rush. Thanks for your honesty!

I’m more then furious with the install of my xplornet. Not o my do I have a mess of wires, the installer put it literally over my heat register. I can not put on my heat till it’s relocated. And to discover that when the dish was installed on roof none of the bolts were tightened .
