Well let me see, by being there every day visiting and being temped to buy another TOY LOL. I know most of the employees and love bugging them it is a great place. Sales reps and technicians are great, Owners are nice people, Girls are Sweet, But Blair is questionable lol.

Service Department is a JOKE! I took my ‘23 Outlander XMR 1000 here for a 100hr service while I was gone on a 3 week stint at work. It was booked in for March 6th, I dropped it off February 26th before I left for work. I didn’t get a repair quote until March 14th. Over a week after it was supposed to be looked at. It took 11 days for the quad to be ready after I received my quote for an axle replacement, an axle seal, and a tire repair. Far too long for minor repair. The service department wasn’t able to provide me with an itemized receipt on the repairs, making it extremely difficult to know if I got what I paid for. My quad was also returned to me with no brake fluid in the reservoir, and my tire still has a leak. I came to lake life after having been a FFUN customer, wanting to support a local individually owned business. Last year when I had my service done at FFUN, it was quick, on time, and very well communicated. Communicating with “Meghan” in the service department was atrocious. No explanations and no understanding of the questions I was asking. When picking up the quad I asked what had taken so long, and I wasn’t provided an answer, and I was given a 10% discount on parts in an attempt to cover their poor service. I will not be returning to Lake life for service.

Purchased a new Can Am ATV last week and the purchase could not have went smoother. Staff was friendly, helpful and walked me through all operations of the new unit and paperwork process. Would 100% recommend Lake Life to anyone looking for a new ATV, Snowmobile, Side by Side or any accessories. They have it all.

Fast, courteous, attentive are just a few that come to mind. For a new dealership of 10 months in they have a great sense of attention to detail that mattered to me most from taking the time to showing the sleds that I asked about to following up with me and keeping me up to date with timelines for pickup availability, setting up my sled with insurance through the local broker to locating the accessories I asked about and assisting with loading up the sled to take home. Their whole team from the owners down played a big role for me and even stayed past closing on New Year’s Eve ! They checked all the boxes for me and what my expectations are of a place of business, this is what a dealership experience should feel like. If anyone reading this is looking for a BRP product or any of the many marine products they carry I strongly suggest you visit Lake Life Powersports in Lac du Bonnet even if you’re brand loyal to others, pay them a visit and use the experience to set the benchmark standards of how other dealers should treat you. It was well worth the 1 hour drive for me. TOP NOTCH!
