Horrible customer service. I purchased a new phone screen it was 45 dollars. I went home took off the screen cover that had come purchased with the phone wiped the screen with there cleaning clothes the said and then when I took off the film on the screen protector itself I took it off and immediately it had a mark under it and when I layed it down and it still wouldn't stick on the edges not even the part with the mark on it. So I waited the whole day trying to get the bubbles out still no luck if get them out they'd come back. So I went back asked the owner to exchange he immediately got rude told me it was all my fault and would not refund or exchange me for a new one. I have shopped here since I was young unfortunately will never return and will tell everyone I know

They don't deserve one star but it required so I gave them one, I purchased a USBc to hdmi adopter months ago that defective since there covid no return policy I wasted 39$. And last week I went back there to buy aux cord, so I ask them if we can try the item if its working or not, but the owner or the guy in the store feel insulted by me saying that, he insisted that it work just fine so I told him my previous experience in the store. He started raising voice on me telling me that he doesn't like my attitude. I'm pretty sure I am right and I have the right to doubt the stuff he's selling based on my own experience.
You know what happen next he's not the only one how raised a voice. At the end of the day he doesn't want to sell me the anything and I thank him for not wasting my money...

Bought a radio this morning for work and later after looking at the box realized it had no way to play music from my phone on it so I returned it unopened. Then I get a call later on in the day being accused of stealing a cord out of the box saying they are going to be charging my credit card for it even though the return slip clearly states it was returned unopened. Very rude on the phone with me and I will be disputing any charges. Will never buy from here again.

I rushed into this store with a wee emergency. Our iPhone went dead and would not charge. We desperately needed info. off of it. The one nice lady reset it and the phone started charging. They never even charged me! Thanks so much! Greatly appreciated!

It's awesome to have a music store that's easy to get to! Selection can be a little thin, unfortunately, but it's friendly and they seem to keep most of the basics+ for instruments. It's well worth supporting.

Price gouging thieves. Worth the drive to red deer. I went to LAV to find some banana clips for speaker wire... 13$/pr i needed 7 pair. Found them in red deer 5 pair in a pack for 14$ or 1 for 3$ spent 4$ on gas saved over 60$ on items. Lacombe audio video are thieves.😤

Me and one other customer in the store who was being helped by an employee, I walked through the whole store and was never greeted or asked if I needed help while another employee was talking to (who I assume was the owner) about how slow the night was going to be. will NEVER go back!!

Owner was extremely rude and aggressive when returning an item. I will never do business at this place again and I will be sure to share my thoughts about this establishment with everyone I know
