Absolutely awful experience!!
I was left with less than 2 weeks to find someone else to work a miracle, because Karin did such an atrocious job.
I brought a bridesmaid dress to be altered 2 1/2 months before the date. I needed the cups removed and the fabric to be altered due to the removal of the cups. I also needed the hem to be taken up. I was quoted $160. After weeks of not hearing anything thing, I called, Karin said, she'd look for it and get back to me. Days go by, I hear nothing back. Called back, no answer. Sent text messages and email, no reply. With 2 weeks before the wedding, I had to reach out to her daughter via Facebook. I was told the dress would be ready the next day. I showed up to get my dress, I was mortified. When I tried it on, the cups were removed, but the fabric was not altered. The hem was uneven and 2 inches shorter on one side. She did charge me less than quoted. ($80 to ruin my dress) Normally, I would have refused to pay, but with 12 days before the wedding my hands were tied, as it was too late to reorder. 100% do not recommend!

I cannot thank Karin and Nicole more for their amazing service and kindness after another seamstress messed up my dress. Within seconds of seeing the dress on me Karin knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Her prices are always very reasonable. She took me in last minute and was flexible. I will definitely be back for anything I need done and will recommend her to anyone needing any alterations. Thank you!!!

So amazing!! Love Karin, the owner! She modified a couture ski suit for me, designed a wedding ski helmet and altered a wedding dress to fit. Multi talented! I also love her fascinators!
