I got a lovely stash of fun panels (what I most need) and some fabric in my first online order. Their selection of panels has varying themes and prices - hard to find on other sites.

The newsletter has a generous coupon for the first order plus a rewards program. Excellent pics with a zoom-in feature, site is very easy to navigate with a budget-friendly option to buy as little as 1/4 metre. Free shipping above $100; delivered within a week. Everything matched pics shown. All cuts were careful, generous plus great customer service for an out of stock item. So glad to find this store!

This place is great, I had a bit of an issue where I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for when I went on their site (the site is well made and looks great, I was just confused with the options part of it) I reached out to them and their customer service helped me right away. They're so friendly and prompt. I put in my order and shipping was fast too, showing up only two days after I ordered from them. A good store with nice selection. Recommend.

Do you really think it's good policy to ask the customer to pay for *your* mistakes? I did not expect to be treated like this. Following a store employee's guidance (I would not have purchased it otherwise), I bought a product that was in fact completely unsuitable for the job I described to her. This was obvious as soon as I opened the packaging at home, but because I had opened the packaging, the store owner point-blank refused to reimburse me. As the item was useless to me, I left it with you in your store. I expect store staff to know something about the product they are selling and not just guess in an attempt to be helpful. Mistakes happen, but if you want to keep customers, you can't tell them to pay for *your* mistakes. Perhaps you will think again and admit that this is bad dealing. If so, I would be delighted to come and get my money back and return in future. If not, you won't ever see this customer again.

Would have been nice to post your long weekend hours on your websites and Google, drove a long way just to see a note on the door saying you were closed for the weekend and on Saturday. Little things can go a long way. I won’t make the trip again.

Visited Krat Village while in the area and was highly impressed with the store,it's content and customer service. I really liked the store! It has so much choice from fabric,precuts, notions to wool and knitting/ crocheting! Not to forget the embroidery! Lots of great choice! Very nice lady providing great customer service to me and few other ladies.
I will definitely be back when next time in the area ☺️
As I am not local and it's summer time, I called the store before coming in to confirm that they're actually open, as on their website there was info about summer hours. Although the info about opening hours was clear, I prefered to double check.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Not told on the phone I had to bring a bobbin with me so told I would be charged for one when I dropped my sewing machine off to have the bobbin winder repaired in Belleville. Get a phone call the next day saying it would be cheaper for me to buy a product off them than fix it. Told to pick up my machine. Drove back to Belleville only to be told they had sent it to Trenton! Couldn't tell me that on the phone either. $70 for absolutely nothing!

WORST STORE EVER. I drove ALLLLLL the way from Havelock to buy safety eyes, (which the website says they have) to Trenton), according to the website they are open from Monday to Friday blah blah blah hours. I show up on a Wednesday......closed. Has a little sign printed off a printer, stating that their business has grown soooooo much that they have closed this location and it's for sewing, but should you call ahead, you may be able to buy products. Please go to the Belleville location. Was not put on website. Mad but okie. I go to the Belleville location, website says open from Monday to Friday blah blah blah hours....I go there today...TUESDAY....CLOSED. AGAIN we have another little printed note on their door......nothing on the website. You guys SUCK SO FRIGGIN BAD. I wasted soooooo much gas and my time. I will always warn people about you. I will always tell them my HORRIBLE experience. What happened to professionalism Never again and never anyone I come across will I EVER recommend you. Unreal.
