We engaged Doug / Klacko Marine to design and build a custom arch with integrated davits for our 2002 Catalina C-42 and all I can say is... WOW!

Doug did an outstanding job designing and engineering the product not to mention supporting the install process.

Our project was on the higher end of the complexity scale, as the arch needed to integrate into our stern rail and preserve the functionality of our stern rail seats, navigate our backstay and from a design perspective mesh with the lines of the boat.

Building custom arches that seamlessly integrate into your boat, which you know you can trust and not need to worry about is as much art as it is science - not exactly sure how he does it!
