What a wonderful experience. As we were passing by Kingston today we decided to stop in and check out the dart supplies and we were not disappointed. Chris was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have a large selection of darts and dart accessories, definitely a one stop shop! There is many sample darts out for you to try and Chris will assist you with finding the correct weight. We wish this store was closer to home so we could go there frequently! We will be adding this as a stop every time we travel this way.

We were going to look at CT to get darts, but husband mentioned there was a different place we could try them, so off to Kingston Billiards And Game we went .
We arrived just after three on a Saturday afternoon, and Chris greeted us , we said we were looking for darts. He directed us to Coby in the back. She took the time to ask pertinent questions, and picked a few different darts in a variety of weights and style for the barrel and demonstrated, then we tried them.( I am a newby so learned the different parts and where and how to stand and shoot at the board) Found a comfortable weight and she asked us for our budget. Husband who has played years ago also got a set. She showed us a variety of cases, as if I am investing in something also want something to keep it and protect them. Got some coasters , some bottle openers and a replacement for my flight set as the picture on it was not making me feel comfortable . All in all an amazing positive first time purchase. Love buying and supporting local. Chris and Coby great experience. Thank you! 👍

Has to be the best Dart supply store I loved how much there was to choose from. We ended up purchasing 2 sets of darts and some other supplies. The owner was so friendly and helpful with us was a pleasure visiting his store. We will definitely visit again next time we are in the neighborhood.

My hubs and I bought a 60 in one cocktail table game because - isolation! And not only has it met and exceeded our expectations for quality (and fun) the service we received from Chris and his team was five-star. We asked a lot of questions in advance, and received quick & detailed answers. Chris went above and beyond a couple of times to ensure our happiness and we appreciate that. Highly recommend.

Chris is always eager to make sure you have the gear for your darts game. If he doesn't have it on hand he orders it in with no hassle at all. Cannot recommend this place enough. If you're showing for darts in Kingston this is the place to go!

If I could give 0 stars I would

We bought a Golden Tee machine in November of last year and it has been nothing more than a headache and a waste of money. It broke down very shortly after we bought it and as the other reviewers said, phone calls were dodged or ignored. Chris did not seem motivated at all to fix the very expensive machine we purchased from him.

After resorting to almost harassing him, he finally sent his guys to pick up the machine and bring to the "repair" shop. Again weeks went by, and I finally had to drop in to see him face to face. Coincidentally, our machine was brought back to our home that night, claiming it had a faulty wifi dongle. The dongle was removed, it was explained to us that the machine was never meant to go online (which was a bald face lie, the machine has a keypad to access your online subscription).

We had the machine for approximately two weeks when it failed again. Not surprisingly we were told there was no warranty, even though it was less than a year since we purchased it. And have a paper thats states a one year warranty.

At this point we are dealing with the manufacturer Incredible Technologies who are bending over backwards to repair this machine and make it right. They even told us that originally when our machine broke down, a new hard drive and RAM stick was sent to Kingston Billiards, but those were never replaced in our unit. So Im guessing Chris just kept them for himself

I cannot say enough negative about Kingston Billiards. They take your money and are done with you. I wouldn't recommend them to buy darts from. They would probably fly crooked, exactly how he runs his business.
