I had a small repair job on my rv. The people at Kieson were super helpful and kind. The receptionist, whose name I didn’t get , was really very nice. She called Brian and he was also just as nice. We discussed my problem and 5 days later I brought my rv in and it was fixed within 2 hours. This was far from a big fab job but they made me feel like my job was as important as any job. If I was still in industry and had a big job it would go here simply because the folks at Kieson are easy to get along with and if the work is bring equal then I’d rather hang out with this company

They overcharged by $225 before taxes compared to the original quote, the order was supposed to be ready Friday or Monday at the latest. Was told they would call just as soon as they were done. Received no call so called Wednesday to hear they were finally ready. Found out later that they were actually ready the day before. Upon arriving home with the finished product, discovered that the steel posts were a whole foot shorter than ordered! (6 feet as stated on the invoice, but cut to 5 feet). Returned with posts to the business only to find nobody on-site could resolve the issue! The owner/manager was unavailable and was quick to dismiss his receptionist when he was reached by phone. The staff on site claimed to have no material to replace them, they were unable to offer a timeline of replacement or even a discount for the inconvenience. This lead to a refund since the owner/manager was the only person who could make business decisions to rectify the situation.
Sadly, Pat the owner didn't even call. Instead Joel called the next day to say he wanted to severe ties. He wouldn't even discuss any kind of negotiation. Unfortunately, they failed to satisfy the customer, displaying unprofessionalism in handling this situation. Unbelievable that the customers bear the brunt of such mishaps.

While on vacation in the Penticiton area, we noticed huge cracks in the frame of our little camper trailer. An RV shop in town recommended we go to Kieson to get it repaired, and we are so glad we did! The guys at the shop were all great, very professional and understanding of our situation. They did awesome work, very promptly, at a fair price. We have driven 3000km since the repairs and we see no signs of weaknesses! We feel very lucky our trailer ended up in their shop!
