I received delivery of a new tractor recently that was purchased at Kemlee Equipment Ltd. in Creston, BC. Matt Fox, the Sales Manager, did an excellent job of talking me through selecting and deciding on an appropriate model of compact tractor for my application. On the day I received the tractor, he spent as much time as was necessary to go over all the operation functions, controls, and key maintenance aspects of the tractor with me. He also showed me how to disconnect one of the implements and connect a different one. I am very pleased with the thorough attention to detail he has displayed through the whole process. I have used the equipment for about 10 days now and am very satisfied that it has sufficient power for my requirements, and that it is very ergonomically designed.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff treated my father in law in the most despicable way, accusing him of trying to fraud them out of a new key for $25. He got
a key that did not work, and the employees would not believe him. They treated him extremely poorly. Finally tried the key, and came to realization he was right. The manager and the employees there were rude, and did not offer an apology. We both own Kubotas, and would never own one again. This business has lost thousands in future revenue because of the horrible customer service. Would not consider shopping here, drive a couple blocks down to John Deere. Save yourself the headache.

Had been dealing with the parts department for about a year due to their great pricing and fantastic customer service, ask about sales and got put though to Thomas. He listened to what I was looking for, found it and got back to me right away. The deal took a long time due to the distance between us, was always helpful, patient, friendly and just a great guy. Always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner, also found the information I requested if he didn't already have the answer. He is truly an asset to the dealership. From my experience in both sales and parts, I will keep coming back!!!!

We bought our sweet little 23s backhoe a year ago, this little machine has allowed us to work our 1/4 acre property with great ease. So far todate we have built 215' of fence and planted 22 cedar trees as well as pulled out a plum tree stump and all our winter clean up. We belive that if you have projects this is the little machine for you. The people at Kemlee equipment have the solutions to your needs. I'm not an employee I'm a extremely satisfied customer.

Great experience dealing with Kemlee Kubota in Creston. Closing time on a Saturday afternoon they stayed late to help us out and went above and beyond for us. Customer service exceptional! Can’t thank these guys enough!

Brought my tractor in to be repaired with 1205hrs (cracked case leaking oil) and upon disassembly found internal parts damaged. They replaced the differential locker etc. Less than a year later and with 1267hrs the locker has failed again. The service dept. wont respond to email or return my call.
