This a wonderful shop with the best customer service! I purchased a roll of batting earlier this year on line (Hobbs 80/20 96" x 30 yds) at what I felt was a great price. Was totally thrilled to find out they have scheduled drop off days to a number of cities, including mine! I just opened the batting last weekend and found a couple of grease marks on it. Sent an email to Zach, asking if this was unusual and to let them know as a bit of a heads up. To my surprise and amazement, they let me know that it was very unusual and contacted the manufacturer about it. They offered a complimentary 15 yd roll as a customer service gesture. I was shocked and thrilled! They stand up for their customers and quality of their products. You don't see this level of attention and service often any more. I am truly grateful for their care, responsiveness and attention to detail. Absolutely great people and store.

My sewing machine unfortunately died and it was time for a new one anyways. The people at this place know their stuff! Holy cow. Not only that, but the efficiency of their work, the ability to ask questions and not feel awkward because I’m still new. And on top of it. The reassurance that I’m getting the best quality, I still did my own research. But Zach was bang on with his knowledge. Honestly - when it comes to sewing. This is where you go.
