I would give Ken at Kawartha Lakes Appliances 5 stars for his excellent service on our dishwasher. He calmly guided us through troubleshooting over the phone before coming out the next day with extra parts. He had to come out again when he needed one more part, and the price was more than fair. He is reliable and very knowledgeable and had no problem driving from Beaverton to Fenelon Falls for us, twice! We would call Ken again for any other appliance issues.

Ordered a part from Ken at Kawartha Lakes Appliance., it did not fixed the problem. called Ken and he helped me diagnose the problem and took the part back. After wards he called me to ensure my washer was running. Excellent service and customer service. 5 Star for sure!

Our washing machine totally died. First I checked out the internet for repair videos , & watched a ton, but no use. I called around and finally found these amazing folks. They supply parts. Ken walked me through on the phone with a couple of diagnostic tricks, then we found the issue. I did a temporary fix, and will order the part soon, and now I look like a complete hero. I highly recommend these guys. Saved me a pile of money and I didn't get fried fixing it.
