The team couldn’t be more pleased with our embroidered hoodies! Extra care was taken on each visit to help us achieve our desired brand colours on a fabric type we preselected. Rebecca made the experience enjoyable from start to finish keeping us up to speed on the process while meeting our budget requirements. She is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and different methods used for both printing and embroidery. She took care answering tricky questions and provided 2 solutions to help our logo pop on the dark background. She thought of everything. What a win for our community to have a store with such fantastic service. Avoid unpleasant surprises. See and approve samples in person. I was recommended to go here and I am the least bit satisfied, and not sure why there are so many good reviews considering the ladies at the front desk NEVER smile when I go in and have some sort of attitude. My main reason for coming here was to get a T-shirt made and they got the sizing completely wrong. I asked for a 2T and the lady said "oh a youth xs should work". When I got it the shirt looked like it could have fit a 5/6 year old. Goes to show they want money instead of happy customers.

Bought some school shirts for my family. While the webpage tells 90/10 cotton/polyester blend, the shirts felt very plasticky. Sure enough they were 50/50. When I complained I got the following answer: "Thank-you for bringing this error to our attention. We will update the clothing descriptions on the online store." No refunds.
After a year I checked their webpage, sure enough they did not change a thing. They just don't care.

*To make it clear: the tee's are marketed as cotton tee's. In the notes you see 100% cotton, 90/10 blend if marked by one star (just like the ones I ordered) or 50/50 if marked by two.

Poor professionals, not only did k3 promotions not give or clarify a total after my order but they waited til day of pickup. After paying desposit of $50.00. Was still charged over $47.00. Totaling close to $98.00 for 2 xs youth shirts and 1 sweater. To top this bad review off. The sweater was not a zipup as it was supposed to be. But instead a hoodie which is supposedly less, but I was charged for the zipup. Which they refuse to acknowledge. Also the hoodie was stretched due to their poor skills on prints. Will never go here again.

Had shirts and stickers made - Awesome quality with long life. Also had some snapbacks with a logo stitched, finest stitch work in the west. Would recommend to anyone looking for custom stuff.
