They seem to be rather unprofessional and unhelpful over the phone. I call to see if they have stuff in stock but most times I just end up going to Bondy’s Hydraulic instead because they don’t get back to me on price and availability. Hopefully your experience is better!

This business quoted me for a hydraulic repair. When I picked up the part, it was almost three times the original quote. Where they really distorted the bill was on the hours they billed me for. In my opinion they charged me twice as many hours as it should have taken. At $100 per hour, it became excessive. I will never go there again.
