We purchased a used KML Mobile Juicing Trailer brokered by juicing.systems late in December of 2023. The trailer, although operational had seen heavy use and much deferred maintenance. When we received our pasteurizing system Rodger did a great job at directing the install and getting us up to speed on the operation of it. We've had all the usual growing pains that come with any new process and the technical support has been timely and user friendly. The ability to use real time video calls has made identifying and trouble-shooting any problems very simple. I don't possess much technical skill and in spite of that Rodger was able to talk me through each situation that came up and help me resolve them. I am confident I could now manage most of the scenarios that might occur with our unit. Great support.
